We hope this collection of information will help the people involved, know who their ancestors were and also plug holes in areas that they have not researched yet. We have uncovered some great stories. I have been doing research on the Shackelford's, Weathers, Parkers and McGees for a few years now. You are welcome to any data on this site, I like sharing especially when it's both directions. I try to include the source when I can but sometimes it is family hearsay which many times I do consider true facts or from a family bible.
I live in the same area as many of my ancestors so I have a wide range of headstones and resources.
